Neuronutrition Associates Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of many of our products, once the item has been purchased and shipped we can not process returns or refunds.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy

Heat sensitive items are subject to overnight shipping requirements to ensure customers receive products with the maximum efficacy. Any products requireing overnight delivery ordered after 2:00pm will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 2;00pm on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Heat sensitive products may be subject to a cold packing charge.
